These terms govern your use of Broon.fit, an AI health coaching app operated by Coalface Software Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Broon.fit.

What Broon.fit is

Broon.fit provides personalised AI-powered health and wellness coaching. It helps you log nutrition, training, sleep, and other habits, and offers guidance based on the information you share. The service is delivered online via our website and related features.

Not a medical service

Broon.fit is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Zola is an AI coach, not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. Content from Zola is for general wellness and education only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medication — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are in crisis. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on Broon.fit for emergency support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where we offer the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscription and pricing

Refunds

If you cancel part-way through a paid month, we will refund the unused portion of that month on a pro-rata basis, calculated from the cancellation date to the end of the billing period. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time. We do not offer refunds for partial use of the trial period or for months already fully consumed. Contact privacy@broon.fit if you believe a charge was made in error.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a licence to store, process, and use that information to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features when available. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use Broon.fit ends; we will handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Broon.fit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable (for example by email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coalface Software Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Broon.fit — including loss of data, profits, or health outcomes from following AI-generated suggestions.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
